Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the RotorPulse iOS app, Android app, Apple Watch companion, website, and related services (collectively, “RotorPulse”).

1. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 13 years old and legally permitted to use RotorPulse where you live to create an account. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian for you to enter these Terms, you may use account-backed features only with that permission.

You confirm that your account information is accurate and that you are responsible for activity under your account. Keep credentials secure and do not share account access. If you use Apple or Google sign-in, you must also comply with that provider’s applicable terms and maintain access to the sign-in method.

2. Community conduct

Use RotorPulse respectfully. RotorPulse has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post, message, list, upload, or link to:

• harassment, threats, hate, bullying, or content that invades another person’s privacy;
• spam, scams, fraud, impersonation, illegal activity, or dangerous instructions;
• sexually explicit content involving minors or any content that exploits a child;
• stolen, counterfeit, recalled, restricted, or prohibited marketplace items; or
• content or conduct intended to evade blocks, moderation, security, or safety systems.

3. User content and license

You retain ownership of content you submit and are responsible for its accuracy, legality, and appropriateness. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

You grant RotorPulse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, transmit, process, moderate, and distribute your content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve RotorPulse, including through providers identified in the Privacy Policy. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for limited copies retained for legal, safety, moderation, abuse-prevention, backup, or other-user record needs described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Automated image safety review

Images selected for upload may be sent to Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch for automated safety classification before storage or display. By selecting an image after acknowledging the Privacy Policy, you instruct RotorPulse to perform that review. Automated results may be imperfect. RotorPulse may reject an image, request a different image, or review reported content. Contact [email protected] to request human review.

5. Direct messages and notifications

Do not use messages for harassment, threats, spam, scams, unlawful transactions, prohibited content, or attempts to contact someone who has blocked you. RotorPulse may restrict messaging and review reported message context for safety. Notification delivery, filters, read state, watched content, and test notifications are convenience features and may be delayed, unavailable, or duplicated because of device settings, networks, or service conditions.

6. Marketplace classifieds

Marketplace listings are classifieds only. RotorPulse does not provide checkout, payment processing, shipping, escrow, buyer or seller protection, refunds, warranties, item authentication, or private-transaction dispute resolution. Users arrange deals privately and are responsible for verifying items, counterparties, payment, pickup, shipping, and legal compliance.

Listings and photos must accurately represent the item. If you sell as part of a business or profession, you are responsible for identifying yourself as a professional seller and complying with applicable consumer, product-safety, tax, and disclosure laws. RotorPulse may remove misleading, unsafe, fraudulent, illegal, recalled, counterfeit, stolen, restricted, or prohibited listings and may restrict the responsible account.

7. Events, maps, weather, hangar, and flight records

Event details, maps, directions, distance estimates, weather summaries, catalog specifications, manuals, hangar records, maintenance records, battery records, and flight logs are informational tools only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying information, safe RC helicopter operation, maintenance and battery decisions, field rules, manufacturer guidance, local laws, and weather conditions.

Location features are conveniences and are not safety, navigation, property-access, or airspace guidance. Obtain permission to use a flying site and confirm local rules before operating an aircraft.

8. Apple Watch companion

The Apple Watch companion requires the paired RotorPulse iPhone app for account-backed features. Sync and flight transfer can be delayed or unavailable while devices are disconnected. Verify the selected helicopter, battery, duration, and other details before saving. The timer is a convenience tool, not aviation, maintenance, or battery-safety advice.

9. Optional tips

Where offered on iOS, tips are optional purchases processed by Apple through StoreKit. They do not unlock features, digital content, subscriptions, or account capabilities. Prices and transactions are provided by Apple and are subject to the App Store terms for your account and region. RotorPulse does not receive payment-card information.

10. Blocking, reporting, and moderation

Users may block or report users, sellers, listings, posts, replies, and messages. Reports are reviewed diligently and without bias. RotorPulse may hide or remove content, preserve relevant records, disable messaging, remove listings, limit features, eject users who provide offending content, or suspend or terminate accounts based on illegality, these Terms, safety, fraud, intellectual-property concerns, or service security.

To report illegal content, use the in-app Report action or email [email protected] with the subject “Illegal Content Notice.” Identify the content or listing, explain why you believe it is illegal, include your contact information, and confirm your good-faith belief that the notice is accurate. Where required by law, RotorPulse will provide a reason for a restriction. You may appeal a moderation decision by emailing the same address with the subject “Moderation Appeal.”

11. Account deletion and termination

You can permanently delete your account from the app. On Android, choose More → Delete Account. On iOS, choose More → Profile → Account Controls → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, submit a request through the public RotorPulse Account Deletion page.

Deletion removes or anonymizes associated personal data subject to the limited retention described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting a conversation from your own message list is different from deleting your account and does not delete another participant’s copy.

You may stop using RotorPulse at any time. RotorPulse may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for a violation of these Terms, safety risk, abuse, fraud, legal requirement, or material threat to the service or its users.

12. RotorPulse content and license

RotorPulse and its licensors own the app, branding, interface, software, curated catalog content, event presentation, and other non-user content, subject to identified third-party rights. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use RotorPulse for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, interfere with, scrape, or misuse the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

13. Affiliates and third parties

Some product links may be affiliate links, and RotorPulse may earn a commission if you choose to buy through them. RotorPulse is not responsible for external websites, retailers, manufacturers, sellers, event operators, map providers, payment or shipping providers, or their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices.

14. Availability and changes to the service

RotorPulse may change, suspend, remove, or limit features, integrations, content, accounts, notifications, marketplace access, or messaging to maintain and improve the service, address safety or security concerns, or comply with law. We do not guarantee continuous availability or preservation of every optional feature.

15. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, RotorPulse is provided as available without a guarantee that every feature, record, event, weather result, catalog specification, message, notification, transfer, listing, or external link will be accurate, complete, secure, or uninterrupted. RotorPulse is not responsible for physical injury, property or battery damage, missed events, or private marketplace losses resulting from reliance on app information or user conduct.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when features, providers, safety needs, or legal requirements change. For a material change, we will provide reasonable notice or request a new acknowledgement when appropriate. If you do not agree, you may stop using account-backed features and delete your account before the change takes effect.

17. European users and mandatory rights

If you live in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, these Terms do not limit rights, remedies, warranties, or access to courts that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing in these Terms requires you to waive protections provided by the law of your country of residence.
